Skipper 1 has a similar reward system to Foundation’s ‘bucket filling’. We celebrate the thoughtful acts our children do by rewarding them with a colour coded sticker which they stick onto a star (see below). When your child completes a star they can bring it home to share with you. The children also get to choose a small prize to keep.
