We had a lovely end to the week making some jam tarts as part of our DT project. We have been designing a topper for our jam tarts that we could cut out of pastry, and practised rolling out the pastry to an even layer ready to cut out our tart cases. I think you’ll agree that they look delicious!! (Some were still fresh out of the oven so will come home tomorrow).
