We read everyday in class and this week we’ve had some great reading games to play. We went on a word walk this week looking for as many words with digraphs in as we could and recording them on our boards. We’ve been exploring length and measurement this week. We ordered ourselves from tallest to shortest by comparing ourselves. We’ve also been using cubes to measure the length of our friends and counting them by counting in steps of ten. We were excited to find a suitcase left in our classroom full of fossils this week, some of them were 190 million years old! We think Andy from Andy’s Dinosaur Adventures left it for us to discover. To thank him we left him these thank you cards.
